  • Pets of any kind are not allowed in the building or studios. No Exceptions

  • The plants are available to be moved around unless they are hanging high on a shelf or suspended from the ceiling.

  • The studio is wheelchair accessible, we cannot say for sure the restrooms.

  • Sadly no. We use the shared restrooms on our floor for any sink or “dressing room” space.

  • The hallways should be clear at all times during your rental. Under special circumstances can space be used. Please let us know ahead of time.

  • No burning of weed or tobacco. Vaping for photoshoots is allowed.

  • Often times we may not be ready for your arrival up into the point of your booking, so please take set-up and tare-down into consideration when booking. However, if we’re ready early, we’ll let you know.

  • We have a range of colors at any given time. If you’re curious the specifics please send us an email.

  • We highly recommend watching this video all the way through before your appointment.

  • The continous light in the studio is simple to use! If you want to learn more about it before hand, here’s a link.

  • Yes, we do have a camera in the studio for security purposes. However we value our customer’s privacy more. Please let us know if you wish to have it disabled during your session.

  • Absolutely! We would love to host your mini session. Please book your mini session under the “mini sessions rental” tab.

  • Yes you can! Please inquire on our Event Rentals page.

  • We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen. If you need to make any adjustments to your booking, you can do so via the confirmation email up to 5 days before your booking date.

  • You can reschedule your reservations as close as 5 days before the reservation time. Any rescheduling within 5 days will result in no refund.
